specializes in non-medical home care and serves the greater

that achieve a 90% or higher satisfaction rating receive
certification.

Seniors and their family members completing the survey welcomed
the opportunity to add comments to the survey. The adult son of
a senior wrote, "As the son, I knew I wasn't going to be of much

A couple currently receiving services offered, "We are a couple
of elderly people and our needs change rapidly. Carefree has
made all the difference for us, without them, I honestly don't
know what we'd do except have to go to a home somewhere."
The adult daughter of one of the seniors wrote, "From the

cooperative in taking care of my mother who has dementia and is
wheelchair bound."
